Hey mom ! This week was really good ! It was raining a lot here and it's been flooding really bad !
The sun finally came out about two days ago and it's been in the 50s and it melted all the snow
so it's nice to walk around without sweaters again ! We went down to Greenville and taught a few
lessons and they gave us another place to stay at in Greenville so we'll be doing a lot of traveling !
We found a new investigator this week and we taught him the restoration and he wants to come
to church and learn more. We had dinner at a members house last night and they are my favorite
people here in Quincy ! The dad is deaf and the son is about 35 and had a stroke and is mute
and the spirit that is in their home is so strong. It really makes me grateful for hearing and
being able to walk. It's amazing to see his faith in the gospel because he comes to church every
Sunday and can't hear a single word but still makes the effort to come and other people have
the ability to hear and don't even get out of bed. I went to Portola on exchanges and had a lot
of fun up there ! There is still 6 feet of snow there and the water was flowing over the road. Other
than that it's been a good week and I'll try and send some pics ! have a good week ! love you mom
