Hey mom happy birthday ! I'm doing pretty good today just glad that it's Monday ! This week
went a little slower than usual but it rained all week so I think that's what half the problem was
and then I'm feeling a whole lot better ! My lungs are back to normal and I'm over the cold and
stuff and my allergies are doing really good. I don't have any problems with them. This last week I
went on exchanges out in Susanville and it's tough when you don't get along with missionaries.
Transfers are next week and I'll be staying with Elder Steck
another transfer or two and he's awesome ! We have a lot of fun together and get along really
well and work hard so the mission is going way good right now. I'll be going back to Reno April 11th
for a mission tour where the mission leader in Salt Lake will come and visit us and teach us some
stuff so that will be fun. Today we're headed back to Susanville for a zone activity and were just gonna
go hiking and play sports and stuff. Other than that I hope the weather will start being nice !
We brought an investigator to church yesterday and he's 20 and going to Harvard but he's just here
for the summer and he's black and having a hard time with how the church wouldn't let them have
the priesthood in the 70s and thinks our church is racist and then he doesn't like the fact that
women can't have the priesthood so it's just tough when people ask us just random hard questions !
He enjoyed church but just the way the church was back in the day he doesn't like. Oh well though and
then everybody we tried this week was really sick and had the flu so we didn't get to meet as many
people or teach lessons like we wanted to. But it's a new week so it'll be good ! Thanks for all you
do mom and have a good spring break ! love you mom !
