Hey mom ! Sounds like everything is going good back home ! and yeah I go to the mission office
every week and I got your packages and thank you so much ! I've been wearing those thermals
everyday. I live about 2 miles from the church. Last Sunday we stayed late and didn't have a
ride home and didn't have our bikes so we walked home but it was nice outside so it wasn't too bad.
I'll be calling from my ward mission leader's place and idk what time yet but probably like noon or
something. This week was pretty awesome though ! We had our mission Christmas party and we
went to the institute at the UNR and played Foosball and I beat everybody I went against. and
then we played like pool and air hockey and ping pong and they fed us lunch and it was fun.
Before that we had a zone conference and President gave a really good talk about how when
Peter was in his boat and Christ was walking on the water he started walking towards him and
Peter saw the waves and got nervous and started sinking but then he called out for Christ and
He was there to save him. And it ends there in the bible but I feel like he held onto Christ the
whole way back to the boat and we can use that in our own lives of how we need to hang onto
Christ because life throws a lot of distractions at us just as Peter saw the waves and storm but
he held onto Christ and he was able to get through it ! Anyways I'll give you a call next week
when were setting up skype. Can't wait to see you guys either ! Have a good week !
